By submitting your registration for WAO Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION: The last day for cancellation and for a refund is the 30th of May, after that you won't be able to cancel your registration. (Exceptions can only be made with a medical certificate.)

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event that the festival cannot be carried out according to the agreement (i.e., strike, lockout or other labour dispute, fire, pandemic, a decision by an authority or other circumstances that the parties cannot control), no refund will be provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING: I agree to be photographed/filmed in material that can be used for marketing purposes & documentation for WAO Festival.

When under 18: I agree that my child is photographed/filmed in material that can be used for marketing purposes & documentation for WAO Festival.

YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY*:

With my registration, I say yes and agree to:

Have a good attitude and respect for all rules during WAO Festival.
Show respect towards all participants on site.
Participate and engage in activities such as WAO groups, services, etc.
Show respect for the public in the immediate area, do not litter or disturb nearby accommodations.

*We reserve the right to send a participant home at their own expense without refund of the registration fee if a situation arises where the rules of conduct are repeatedly violated.

WAO FESTIVAL IS A DRUG AND ALCOHOL - FREE ZONE. Under no circumstances may drugs or alcohol be brought to or consumed during WAO Festival. (There is zero tolerance for this. If such a situation arises the participant will be sent home immediately at his own cost and without refund of the registration fee.)

IF YOU ARE UNDER 18: If you are under 18 years old, you certify with your registration that you have the approval of your parent to participate in WAO festival.

INFORMATION REGARDING ACCOMMODATION

Tent: You need to bring your own tent and all it's necessities.
Dormitory: You need to bring your own sleeping pad/inflatable matress and/or sleeping bag.
Bed space: You need to bring your own sheets.
